Introduction to Exams Webinar June 30th 2026 – information, advice and support

This Introduction to Exams webinar is for all home educating/home schooling families and private candidates. 

The session is intended to help support families that are new to exams, planning ahead or already studying towards exams who would like to access a support network. I aim to help demystify the exams process and to offer information, advice, support and, perhaps above all, reassurance on all key aspects of taking exams as home educators. 

I’m planning to hold this event on June 30th, 10am-12 noon. 

I hope to follow up the Introduction to Exams webinar with another webinar specifically about studying English Language in the first week of July, exact date TBC. 

Following this, if there is sufficient interest, I’m thinking of running a series of free in-depth live webinars speaking with HE subject specialist independent learning providers. In these sessions, I’ll be engaging in conversations with current and former home educators who are also tried, tested and trusted learning providers about their learning journey and exams experiences, discussing advice for studying various subjects and what they offer HE families. 

I already have several HE parent-tutors lined up covering the following subjects: 

⭐ Maths 

⭐ Biology, chemistry and physics 

⭐ Social sciences including sociology and psychology 

⭐ Classics, ancient civilisations and Latin 

⭐ Spanish and French 

I’m excited about creating positive, inclusive spaces where parents can feel  encouraged and inspired and provide opportunities for you to hear from and speak with home ed parents who have ‘been there and done it’ and are now supporting other HE families. 

You will have the chance to put questions to me and everyone I’ll be in conversation with in advance of each webinar and during the sessions via chat.
